S&K Grading is a full-service grading and excavation company based in Anza, California, with over 40 years of experience in the industry. We specialize in grading, excavation, and site development for residential, commercial, and agricultural projects—including custom house pads, fire clearing, vineyard prep, wetlands mitigation, and more.

Founded by Kirk McKenney, S&K Grading remains a family-owned and operated business committed to quality, reliability, and personalized service. Kirk established the company with a focus on hard work, integrity, and precision—values that continue to define everything we do.

 

In recent years, the team expanded to include Todd Potter, a former professional freestyle motocross athlete. Todd transitioned into the business after retiring from a successful FMX career, where he became a well-known name in the motocross world. Throughout his time in the sport, Todd earned multiple medals at the X Games—including 4 gold medals for Best Whip—and competed across the globe in events like the Dew Tour, Moto X World Championships, and X Games events in Los Angeles, Mexico, and Brazil. His riding career was marked by fearless performance, technical skill, and dedication—all qualities he now brings to the grading industry.
